You can create how many tabs you want. There are 4 types of tabs:

It will add a new display option in the index if you allow members to choose forum view type A second line of tabs will show up if you have many root categories. The less the better. Upgrade from Plugin to the Application:
Simply install the application. It will add a tab automatically (All Root Categories) and will uninstall the plugin

This application will allow admins to choose which user groups will be able to use and view each Profile Field. All groups, by default, will be able to use any Profile Field. Users from groups that are not selected on field settings will not be able to view and fill the field on his profile.
Usage:
Go to Members -> Profiles -> Profile Fields. Edit or create a new Profile Field. You will notice two new fields: Allowed Groups: choose which user groups you want their users to FILL the field. Visible to: choose which user groups you want their users to VIEW the field in profile/posts. Admins and the profile owner will be able to view all profile fields.

This application adds a tab to the navigation allowing your chosen member groups to view all the members of your board in a tidy grid view.

This plugin will create a new topic every time a user gets warned. If the user was already warned, a new post on his topic will be created.

This resource will display a widget for to members confirm their email addresses by clicking on a button. The widget will go away when they confirm the email address and will reappear after several days configured by the admin on the resource settings. Admin can still choose which user groups will be able to use the resource.

This application will allow admins to view all IP addresses used by a member on a new tab in his profile and ban those IPs on the same screen, from the forum side. This list will be visible only for those with CAN USE IP TOOLS? mod permission enabled. A link to the IP Address list will appear on the profile personal card.
Setting:
Allow profile owner to view the list: only moderators with permission 'Can use IP tools?' enabled can view the IP Addresses list. If you enable this, the profile owner will also be able to view the IP Addresses list but he won't see the links to BAN the IP and to USAGES of the IP.

This plugin will display, on a widget, how many files are left to be downloaded if the user group is restricted on Downloads application.

Linked Accounts allows your members to link one or more accounts then quickly switch between them. You have a full range of options about which usergroups can use the Linked Accounts system and which usergroups cannot be linked to. The POST AS feature allows the user with linked accounts to create/reply to a topic using a Linked Account. Each action is logged so you can keep a track of what linked account users do.
 
The Linked Accounts system could be useful for fan fiction forums, roleplaying forums, or just those of you with multiple accounts (e.g, John Doe, Administrator, Forum News).
Notes:
Linked Accounts is integrated to Login system of IPS4, so to control the number of failed logins, Reset failed login count (minutes) on ACP -> Login Handlers -> Login Settings.

This application will allow your community to use an invitation system for new registrations. You can make it mandatory (or not, depending on your configuration). In this case, an invitation code will be required to register a new account in your community.
Public side features:
Users can send invitations in 2 places: + Create menu and Invitations on Account Settings. A new icon on board top (beside Notifications and Messenger) to display the converted invitees and how many invites the user has. This icon also shows the remaining invitations for the member (just like how many users are online on Chat). 2 widgets: Top Inviters (per week, month, year, and general) and Latest Converted Invitees, which are invitations converted to membership. Shows "Invited by" on the user profile and profile card (hover on the user link). Tab on the user profile to display their invitees (converted invitations) Notification to the member who invited someone when an account is created using their invitation Campaigns: You can bring the Invite System to the real world by using campaigns, where people can register using the same code for a given number of days or until a limit of registration is reached. Campaigns DO NOT send emails. The purpose is to use its code somewhere else. Campaigns are independent of the invitation system, so you can simply leave it disabled if you don't want to use it.
