Make content creation faster, easier, and more intuitive for your members and staff! This app restores a feature from IPS4 that was removed in IPS5: the centralized +Create menu. It automatically adds menu entries for all official IPS applications (except Courses), allowing users to create content across your community quickly.
Moderators:
Moderators with the proper permissions can also create announcements and alerts directly from the menu, streamlining site management and community engagement.
3rd-party developers:
Developers can use IPS5 extensions to add their own applications to the menu, making it fully customizable and future-ready.

Quizzes is an engaging application that lets you and your members create and share quizzes within your community. With leaderboards, categories, and a distinctive layout, it’s designed to keep members coming back. It also includes a range of features, such as:
Three types of quizzes:
Graded mode: One right answer.
Graded mode: Multiple right answers.
Survival mode: Similar to Grande mode (one right answer), will end immediately upon the first incorrect answer.

PDF Embed automatically displays PDF attachments directly within content across the entire community suite, allowing users to read documents without leaving the page.
PDFs are embedded only when placed on their own line, preserving the normal attachment display when included alongside other content.
Administrators can configure the viewer width, height, and initial PDF zoom level.

Downloads Cart allows members to add paid Downloads files to the Commerce cart and purchase multiple files in a single checkout.
Users can add the same file more than once when multiple copies are needed, while payments, renewals, commissions, fees, and purchases continue to be handled by the native Commerce system.

Downloads Archive Viewer allows users to browse the contents of archive files directly from the Downloads file page, without downloading or extracting them first. Archive contents are displayed in an interactive folder tree, making it easy to inspect directories and files before downloading. When multiple archives are available, they are displayed in a convenient pop-up dialog.

This application will display the country flag of users in several places of the entire suite, including third-party resources. It uses Geolocation to grab the country when a new user registers an account or when existing users log in on your board. Clicking on the flag will give you a list of all users from that country.
Important Notice:
IPS Geolocation is an active license perk so you need to have an active license to countries get picked by IP Address.
Usage:
New members: new members will have their country detected when they register the account
Existing members: Country will be recognized when a member is online or if allowed by the admin, go to Account Settings and pick your country.
Settings:
Display country flag everywhere: This option displays the country flag beside the user photo in several places on official apps like Forums, Gallery, Blogs, Pages, and Downloads, including its widgets and third-party resources. If disabled, it displays the country name + flag only on the user profile.
Groups allowed to change the country: users from selected groups can change their country on Account Settings. Sometimes Geolocation picks the wrong country, so the user will be able to fix it.

Downloads Review Averages enhances the Downloads file view by displaying a detailed overview of user review ratings. It shows the overall average rating, total number of reviews, rating distribution by star level, percentages, and the number of reviews for each rating, providing a quick and clear summary of user feedback.

Turn your Invision Community into a collaborative project management workspace with Project Boards, a Trello-style application built specifically for IPS 5.
Create projects with customizable columns and manage cards directly from the front end. Cards support descriptions, priorities, due dates, labels, member assignments, ownership, comments, and participant tracking. Cards and columns can be reordered with AJAX-powered drag-and-drop, while several management actions use AJAX and IPS dialogs for a fast, seamless experience.
Projects support different visibility modes, dedicated project teams, and granular participant permissions, giving project owners control over who can create, edit, delete, and move cards, manage columns, and perform other board actions.

Forums application

Upload images instantly and insert them directly into the editor using external hosting (imgBB). This application integrates imgBB with the IPS editor, allowing users to upload images using a dedicated upload button, by copying and pasting images, or by dragging and dropping them directly into the editor. Copy/paste and drag & drop can be enabled independently, replacing the standard IPS attachment upload for images when those methods are used. No local image attachments, no clutter — just fast and efficient image insertion.

Help Desk is a complete support ticket system for your community, providing an organized way for members to request assistance and for staff to manage those requests from start to finish.
Tickets are organized into configurable departments, statuses, and priorities, with staff assignment and a dedicated dashboard that provides an overview of the current workload and highlights tickets requiring attention. Members can follow the progress of their tickets, reply directly to staff, and receive notifications as their requests are handled.
Staff have a comprehensive set of quick actions available directly from the ticket, including assigning tickets, changing status or priority, locking/reopening tickets, and other common management tasks. Most interactions are AJAX-powered, allowing tickets and the dashboard to be managed quickly without unnecessary page reloads.
The app also includes Macros, which allow administrators to combine multiple actions into a single reusable operation. For example, a macro can change a ticket's status and priority, assign it to a staff member, and perform other configured actions at once, making repetitive support workflows significantly faster.
