This resource will turn your Downloads into a Client Area, where file submitters and moderators (with proper permission) can choose which members can view, and consequently, download each file. A member without permission won't see any files in categories chosen by the admin and will get an error message if they try to access the file via URL.

Requirement: Downloads app.
