This resource will allow members to follow their favorite news channels.
Settings:
- Global URL Feed (used if the user hasn't entered a URL in their Account Settings)
- Cache (in minutes) to update the listing
- Groups allowed to use the resource
Member Usage:

- Feed URL
- Number of articles to display
- Enable/disable Personal RSS Feed
