Permission: NO ONE except staff (with proper permission) will be able to view/read or know who are the applicants. All that regular members will know is the number of users who applied to it.

Fix:
- Open positions cannot be edited.
Enhancement:
- The hardcoded Description field in the Apply page/form was removed. Users won't be able to apply if there aren't Applications Fields tied to the open position.
New feature:
- A new moderator permission was created to allow moderators only to view the applications submitted by members.
