Reporting Trust

Build a trusting relationship with your users by allowing them to earn points by reporting content. These points can be used towards automatic moderation or group promotion so you can change automatically the group of member based on their reliability or even set an automatic moderation based on the rating points.

Settings:

• Rating points for:
  • AGREE status
  • NEUTRAL status
  • DISAGREE status
• Fontawesome Icon for:
  • AGREE status
  • NEUTRAL status
  • DISAGREE status

Moderator Permissions to:

• Set status to a report
• Unset status of a report

You can also view a list of all members with their ratings on a specific module on Admin CP.

Hi,

I had issue that group promotion not working as I post on IPS forum:

So even if my app is disabled, it "breaks" the IPS thing? The funniest part is IT SEEMS.

I will, again, make a screen video as I already did, and will post it here. If it works, then you reply to the ticket saying that the IT SEEMS is wrong.

Buddy, it seem it actually case the issue, I just disable it, waited for some time, then login with that user and post something, then within seconds, the promotion work.

My test:

• Users with 0 posts from Member group.
• Will be promoted to Client group when make 3 posts.

- First test: Only IPS apps installed; no 3rd-party, even uninstalled.

 

- Second test: Only IPS apps installed; Report Trust (3rd-party app) uninstalled.

 

- Third test: IPS apps and Report Trust (3rd-party app ) installed.

 

Group Promotion keeps working in the three scenarios above: without my app; with my app uninstalled and with my app installed.

Make sure you aren't mixing filters, like X posts and 100 points from reports, or something like that.

Let me know if you have any additional info to enhance my tests.

I’m not sure I understand your post. Set a report as complete isn’t a feature of my app; it is a Core feature.

Strange it just start to happens today, thanks buddy for replying.
