Hello again :) does this work also on Blog Posts?

I installed it but it only seems to work for Forum Posts (?)

No, mate. Topic & Post are related to the Forums app.

Blog would be Entry and Comments.

Is that a separate app you have?

No, I don’t have one for Blogs. You can request one in the Requests forum.

I get a fatal error after the 5.0.6 upgrade (site running well after I disabled this app, so no hurry)

What's New in Version 2.0.2:

• IPS 5.0.6+ compatiblity

We upgraded our site to the latest Invision Community v4.7.20, disabled 2 other apps and 1 plugin but the option to change author on topics and posts does not appear for admins even using the default unmodified theme.

I don’t doubt! You purchased a IPS5 and installed on a IPS4 board. It won’t work indeed.

Can you please switch our license to IPS v4 version for this so we can download the correct file without having to purchase it again? We don't need v5 version.
