Linked Accounts - Post As

Linked Accounts enables your members to connect multiple accounts and switch between them seamlessly. You have full control over which user groups can utilize the Linked Accounts system and which groups are restricted from being linked. The POST AS feature allows users with linked accounts to create or reply to topics using any of their linked accounts. All actions are logged, providing you with a clear record of activities performed through linked accounts.

The Linked Accounts system is ideal for fan fiction forums, roleplaying communities, or anyone managing multiple accounts (e.g., John Doe, Administrator, Forum News).

Notes:

• Linked Accounts is integrated into the Login system of IPS4, so to control the number of failed logins, Reset failed login count (minutes) on ACP -> Login Handlers -> Login Settings.

• Since hooks cannot be used, the option to reply to topics using linked accounts has been removed in this version. You can only create topics using linked accounts from now on.

Não. Você pode criar usando uma conta linkada mas alterar depois de criado o tópico, não.

Can we choose from the linked members when posting a reply to a topic? Right now, when I reply to a topic the linked members aren’t listed, but I can select them when creating a new topic.

So apparently I am not smart enough to get this installed. Can anyone link me to an install guide? I didn't see a ReadMe in the download.

In the only possible place: ACP -> System -> Applications -> Upload. Find the .tar file.

Are you using IPS4 or IPS5?

IPS5 version 5.0.11
downloaded version: Linked Accounts 4.0.1 (IPS 5.0.6+ compatibility.)

Ok. I’ll test it on 5.0.11 and will reply back later.

I just updated this site to 5.0.11 and installed the app.

My server is running the backup task now, so you'll notice some weird things in the video.
