No, not now. Some things will have to change. Done.

  • Nope, it won’t. I like this app; it just doesn’t sell enough to justify putting a lot more work into it. As it is now, it does what it’s supposed to do.

Ok, I am interested in this app. A few questions.

1.Can the words running, hiking be removed? I own motorcycle forums and we will be sharing motorcycle dirtroads and trails.

  1. I see a link to download routes to Strada, could that be removed and possibly replaced with a more Moto related GPS app ?

Very interesting app and I think it would be pretty popular with my members.

Yes, you can manage the activities the way you want:

I’m not sure about the “running”. Where did you see that?

Yes, it’s a per group option and it comes disabled by default. Regarding changing it, it would require a small change because it is hardcoded to Strava but it is doable.

You only need to make sure you have a GPX file to upload. The GPX will “create” the map you see there.

Sounds great. ill be buying it soon.

Just bought it, uploaded trying to figure out how to get it to display on forum.

Everything enabled, cant figure out how to make it display anywhere on the forum. Dont see it in menu manager. What do I have to do to get it on the forum ?

Ok in addition to above, when I go to page tenere700.net/routes , I get the following

A template missing would indicate it didn’t install properly. Uninstall it and install it again.

If it insists, send a message with an ACP account.

Ok, I can make this work in categories. But how can members download the GPX files please? We uploaded a couple routes but none of us can see how to download the GPX files to a device.

ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit a group -> Routes.

You will find an option to allow download of the GPX.

Thanks. I’ll leave you alone now

I’m sorry to bug you again. But when we click on download GPX file it seems to just pop up a picture from the route. I am using a tablet, not laptop as I am working in the field, but one of the other members is getting the same issue using a computer.

This also seems to happen when we click on rate.

Confirmed on Laptop and desktop. Clicking on "Download GPX File" results in an image from the route displaying on the screen. No way to download GPX file.

I'm removing Routes and from the forum

What's New in Version 2.0.2:

  • Fix missing moderator notifications for records, comments, or reviews awaiting approval

I just installed, great app!

Some things I don't understand. Can I allow users to enter conditions such as weather, road conditions... but not require it?

I created one as a test, https://squarewheelscycling.com/routes/route/1-mt-washington-century/. I cannot see the map or the GPX file to download. I assume I set something up wrong, and tips?

Everything is in your ACP. Please make sure you browse the app and get to know it first. A few posts above is an answer to one of your questions.

I found that answer; I didn't think of looking in the Groups.

I made the other conditions required, and see there is a Not Telling option, and if seleted, it doesn't swho - that works.

I am positive Google Maps is working; I am using it in Links. I uploaded a Garmin GPX file and entered the event location. Is the map not displaying because of the GPX file? I know it's valid, I was just viewing it in Garmin.

THanks

Can you attach the GPX so I can test it out?

The first file I uploaded was a few years old. I just uploaded one from last week, an outdoor bike ride. The map isn't showing. I know it's user error; a tip would be appreciated.

I attached the file from the recent ride.

I don't think this app shows a map, like Links Directory.

This is from the file pics here. Where does the map come from?

This is what mine looks like, just a grey box. I just noticed in the bottom right corner, there is a link to Leaflet.
