INTRODUCTION

Welcome to SOS Invision. To ensure the harmonious functioning of our community, promote peaceful coexistence among our users, and maintain the integrity of our community, we have established a set of coexistence rules that are obligatory for all participants to follow.

When registering an account with SOS Invision, users acknowledge and agree to adhere to the regulations outlined in this document. The user's responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules; pleading ignorance of said rules as a defense for non-compliance is not permissible. Regardless of one's status as a longstanding user, participant, or VIP member, they remain bound by their obligations as a community member, as expounded upon in this section. The rules are universally applicable, without exceptions. Adherence to our regulations does not automatically confer the user an inherent entitlement to participate. Since this platform is privately operated, user involvement is a privilege that SOS Invision extends and not an inherent entitlement. SOS Invision retains the exclusive prerogative to, at its sole discretion, withhold access to the website or any of its sections, without prior notification and for any rationale, particularly in instances of rule violations.

SOS Invision and its proprietors bear no liability for the content disseminated by members. Information is presented in its original form as authored by its creators, and the onus for the content's publication rests with the participant responsible for its dissemination.

We do not provide assurance or guarantee regarding the accuracy, authenticity, integrity, or excellence of the disseminated content. Additionally, we do not undertake any obligation or commitment to resolve issues or queries raised, even in cases where the user holds a VIP membership. It is incumbent upon users and visitors to independently assess the dependability of information shared within our community. The utilization of this information carries inherent risk and expense for the users, and any ramifications stemming from such usage are beyond our responsibility.

Upon sharing content within our community, users acknowledge and consent to bestow upon SOS Invision the unrestricted, irreversible, and gratuitous right to utilize (inclusive of but not confined to display, reproduction, distribution, editing, adaptation, and commercial exploitation) the content, unless the content is already safeguarded by third-party copyright or intellectual/industrial property rights. All content published becomes an intrinsic component of SOS Invision and will only be expunged if it infringes upon the regulations stated here, contravenes prevailing laws, is mandated by legal decree, or contains personal data.

 

BUYING FILES

1: Before the Purchase

  • Use the support topic to make presales questions.

  • You can request a live demo (on my test install).

  • You are NOT purchasing a lifetime license for any resource. This is supposed to work and it will be supported only in the major version lifetime span of the file. A new purchase will be required when a new major version is released if the resource hasn’t renewals. If it has, keep it active.

2: After the Purchase

PayPal will automatically process a recurring payment for your subscription renewal if the purchased resource is renewable. If you prefer, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time on the My Purchases page or directly through your PayPal account (read more).

Requesting a refund or chargeback while claiming ignorance of this policy will result in your account being terminated, as outlined in item 4 (Chargeback Policy) below.

3: Refund Policy

  • No refund will be provided once the resource has been downloaded. Make sure you agree to item 1: Before the Purchase.

  • A refund will not be provided if it is determined it isn’t an issue in the resource itself. It can be a server configuration or any other external issue unrelated to the resource. Everything will be stated in the support topic. If a refund is the way to go, it will be provided as Account Credit.

4: Chargeback Policy

  • No chargeback is allowed of any type or under any circumstances. You will have your account terminated if you do so.

 

DOWNLOADING FILES

1: General

  • Each purchase entitles you to use this resource in one IPS Community installation.

  • This resource is as it is: customization/modifications of any kind (code level and/or template edits) are not supported.

    • You are free to do it in your install but you're on your own; no support will be provided.

    • Feel free to send a private message If you still need it as a custom job.

2: Support

  • Support will be provided exclusively on the support topic. DO NOT send a private message for support. You may be ignored. All the history of support requests should be public just in case a refund for lack of support is requested.

 

SHARING FILES

  • Restriction on Sharing

    • The file is not meant to be shared on any other website or platform apart from the specific community or site where it is intended to be used.

  • Intended Use Only

    1. The file should only be used for installation purposes within the specified community or context. It's not meant for other purposes.

  • Consequences of Violation

    1. If the file is shared in unauthorized ways or misused, the person's account on the site could be suspended. This means that the person could lose access to the community or website.


CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT

1: Refund Policy

  • A refund will be provided, for whatever reason the job doesn't go well, as Account Credit.

2: Chargeback Policy

  • No chargeback is allowed of any type or under any circumstances. You will have your account terminated if you do so.

 

CONCLUDING

If the user comes across any content that goes against our established rules, we ask that he use the “Report” button for the necessary measures.

All assistance must be described in detail in the descriptions. We do not allow providing or requesting support through private messages, email, social media, or messaging apps.

The team retains the authority, based on its discretion and employing rational judgment, to use all accessible means to avoid circumstances that lead to confusion, conflicts, debates, or jeopardize the smooth functioning of our community. This prerogative extends to actions not explicitly specified in the said rules. In exceptional scenarios, they will be able to access private messages, if necessary and at the request of someone from Staff, to resolve an issue.

SOS Invision regulations are subject to periodic updates without prior notice. The revised version is effective upon publication. It is the responsibility of participants to regularly consult our terms to stay informed of any changes introduced.
