Features: Ability to use Departments, which are permission based, so you can choose which user groups can use each department. The IPS form was giving me tons of spam, but Contact Us, with the captcha and a little bit of tweaking has brought my spam to a standstill!! Chris Anderson Posted July 19, 2023 Share Posted July 19, 2023 This application works fine when installed on IPS Version 4.7.10 It creates a menu item where you can assign permissions: Only one "Contact Us" shows up at the bottom of the page: The Contact Us page displays without error: If you installed the application on Version 4.7.10 and updated it to subsequent builds it continues to work as expected. Unfortunately, if you install a fresh version after 4.7.10 the application no longer works as expected. The menu option does not display permissions: (2) Contact Us show at the bottom of the page. joeym Posted December 3, 2023 Share Posted December 3, 2023 Adriano, Can departments be made to contact only a certain email? Currently, I have 3 departments setup and for some reason each of them will get the same message even though the attended target would have been only a single one. To explain more clearly. Say, I have these departments. Owner, Site Support, and Inquiries. Owner > owner@domain Site Support > support@domain [then any individual emails.] Inqurires > asl@domain If someone currently contacts the owner, the other departments will get that email. Also, when I respond in my email client, the person's email has to be added manually. Otherwise, I am responding to every department the email was sent to event though it should only be to one, then responding back to the person. I really don’t like to change the whole behavior of something due to a request only. People are used to it as this has been like that since version 1. Let’s see if this get any traction.
